Welcome to texcom.ca (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our messaging services, including any hardware, software, or mobile communication tools provided through our platform in Canada.

1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our messaging system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. 🧑‍💻 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian.

- Have lawful authority to represent a business or organization (if applicable).

- Use our service for legitimate, legal communication.

3. 📲 Service Overview

Our platform enables businesses and organizations to:

- Send appointment reminders and notifications via SMS.

- Communicate with clients or employees in their preferred language.

- Maintain control over scheduling through autonomous tools.

We provide necessary hardware (such as Android tablets), bundled software, and messaging services for seamless operation.

4. 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection

We follow Canadian laws regarding data privacy and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Key practices:

- No sensitive personal information is stored in messages (only client names if required).

- All commercial messages (marketing or transactional) are sent in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

- We do not sell or share user data without consent.

5. 📦 Equipment & Setup

Your subscription includes:

- Android tablet with pre-installed communication software.

- A secure connection via 4G GSM (HSPA+), compatible with all major Canadian mobile networks.

All equipment remains your property upon purchase unless otherwise specified.

6. 🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

- Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam).

- Misrepresent sender identity.

- Use our service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of service.

7. 📈 Service Updates & Changes

We may update features or terms periodically. All updates will be communicated via our website or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. 📍 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
